ieran Conway, Solicitors, is a criminal law and human rights practice based in Dublin 7 close to the Four Courts and the Criminal Courts of Justice. Kieran qualified as a solicitor in 2004 and worked for seven and a half years in a large criminal defence firm in Dublin. His first years were spent in the Trial Section where he represented clients in serious criminal trials in the Circuit, Central and Special Criminal Courts, and in judicial review and other proceedings before both the High Court and Supreme Court. He also represented clients at the Ryan Commission to Inquire into Child Abuse. He later transferred to the District Court Section and appeared as an advocate almost daily in the lower courts. Throughout these years he regularly attended at Garda stations to advise clients in custody. From 2012 to 2014 he was a barrister specialising in criminal defence. He established this practice in August 2014.
Julija Skok joined the firm as a Legal Executive in early 2016. Julija has the Diploma in Legal Studies and Practice and is currently in the second year of her Honours Law degree. She is fully experienced in all aspects of our services, having attended many Garda stations and prisons and attended counsel in the District, Circuit, Special Criminal, High Court, and Court of Appeal.
Julija is fluent in both Russian and Lithuanian and accordingly we are now in a position to offer a full service to clients from those countries.
